Hoping Daddy Wins the Derby

This title is purely speculation.

On Saturday night I went with my family to the Susquehanna Racetrack

and of course had my camera with me.

I was more interested in photographing the people than the cars;

  I saw this girl go up to the fence and cling to it.

She was looking longingly at the cars on the track for the 

Figure 8 race like she may have known one of the drivers.

I grabbed this moment because it tugged at my heart.

Today I am thankful for the opportunity to meet people in my job

as a real estate photographer. 

It truly can restore one's belief in humans.

I met the most wonderful clients yesterday while photographing their home

and in the short span of 2 hours, 

I left there feeling as if I had known the couple for a lifetime.

I get to do what I love and I get to meet great people.

Priceless.
